Tailgate Tzatziki

1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 English cucumber - peeled, grated and drained
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp of lemon zest
1 tbsp of lemon juice
2 tbsp of chopped dill Pinch of salt & pepper
1. Whisk yogurt, cucumber, and garlic in a bowl
2. Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and dill
3. Season with salt & pepper
4. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes
5. Serve with Old Dutch Creamy Dill Rip-L chips
