Green, White, and Red Bruschetta

4 medium-size, ripe tomatoes?
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
6 basil leaves, thinly sliced?
1 bag of Old Dutch Restaurante chips
1. Halve tomatoes and remove majority of the seeds.
2. Chop tomatoes into small chunks and add to mixing bowl with salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and basil.
3. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.?
4. Drizzle Old Dutch Restaurante chips with remaining olive oil.?
5. Stir the tomatoes once more, then spoon a generous amount onto each chip.
