8oz of brick cream cheese - softened to room temperature

1/2cup of sour cream

1/4 - 1/2 cayenne pepper

1 tsp of onion salt

1 tsp of minced garlic

1/2 cup of bacon bits or 6 slices cooked and chopped

1/3 cup of chopped chives

1. Soften cream cheese in a bowl until smooth

2. Combine with sour cream - Add more if you prefer a thinner dip

3. Mix in onion salt and cayenne pepper

4. Add freshly chopped chives, bacon and minced garlic

5. Serve with Old Dutch Au Gratin Rip-L chips
