Crunchy Chicken

4 Cups of Old Dutch Original Potato Chips*, crushed (Approximately 3 oz of Potato Chips = 1 Cup)
1 - 8 oz Tub of Sour Cream
1 1/2 lbs. of Chicken Tenderloins
1/2 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 Stick of Butter, melted
1 - 16oz Jar of Old Dutch Restaurante Style Mild Salsa**

Preheat oven to 425°F

Place sour cream in a medium bowl.

Next place the crushed Old Dutch Original Potato Chips on a cookie sheet.

Take a chicken tenderloin and dip completely into the sour cream.

Then dip the tenderloin into the potato chips coating the piece evenly with potato chips. Repeat until all pieces have been coated.

Place coated chicken on a well greased cookie sheet.

Bake chicken 10-15 minutes.

While chicken is baking, mix together the melted butter and garlic powder.

Briefly remove the chicken and brush each piece of chicken with the garlic butter.

Place back into oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.

Serve topped with Old Dutch Restaurante Style Mild Salsa.
