Sales Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Reporting directly to the Senior Director and working for the Strategic Selling Team, focused on National Grocery and Convenience Banner customers.
  • Main job functions are and not limited to:
    • Generating reports on a weekly basis utilizing internal and external data resources
    • Completing product listing sheets for the Business Managers.
    • Updating promotional (AD & In-Store) activity within an internal system.
    • Completing pricing contracts and promotional allowances into internal and external databases.
    • Detailing and completing ship lists associated with distribution centres and managing specific point of sale material.
    • Liaison between other departments (Shipping, Field Sales, Outside Agencies)
    • Other general administrative duties to support the Senior Director, Team Lead and Business Managers.


Required Qualifications:


  • High School Graduate.  College/University degree is an asset.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills internally and with customers.
  • Have the ability to plan, multi-task and be very organized.
  • Time Management focused -  timely, respectful and able to prioritize
  • Enjoys working within a Team environment
