We are looking for a Weekend Merchandiser who is self-motivated, enjoys a challenge, and understands the importance providing quality customer service. This position requires an individual to service current retail locations in Antigonish, NS.
The successful candidate will be responsible to establish and maintain contact with the Manager or Salesperson, and fill shelves according to the planogram in a professional and courteous manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage/rotate inventory levels to ensure product is always fresh
- Follow the set service frequency for each account
- Follow up with store management if required
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented – but with creativity to get the job done
- Retail sales experience would be an asset
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 10-15 kgs
- Need to supply their own vehicle to travel to various locations in Antigonish, NS (some travel expenses paid by employer)
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Ability to climb ladders
